What data we process and why

When you write to us through the contact form or request a sample, we process your name, email address, company (if you provide it), the reason for your enquiry and your message. We use them to reply to you and, where applicable, to handle your sample request or a possible business relationship. We will not send you commercial communications unless you have requested or consented to them.

Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) when you submit the form and, when you ask for information or samples, the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6.1.b).

How messages are stored

Messages are sent by email to our team and kept in the website’s administration panel. We keep them for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the applicable legal periods or until you request their deletion.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Our web hosting and email providers access it as data processors.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to ariel.briganti@aynisuma.com. If you believe we have not processed your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
