Coffee is
never just coffee.

Data helps us understand. Judgement helps us select.
Where we are
We are in Spain, Bolivia, Europe, Africa and the world.
Two hubs and one criterion. From Spain and Bolivia we travel the coffee origins to bring the best of each territory to where it has not yet arrived.

We don’t want to discover products from a catalogue.
We want to discover them where they begin.
Fieldwork
Right now in Bolivia, Africa and Europe.
- Visiting farms
- Meeting producers
- Walking the plantations
- Analysing processes
- Tasting samples
- Gathering information
- Studying profiles
- Selecting candidates for the European market
Curation
Spec sheets.
After the laboratory, we develop the spec sheet for each sample and each variety together with expert professionals.
These are curation documents, not generic sales sheets. They are completed with real data on each origin, farm and lot as it is confirmed. When a piece of data is missing, it is marked as pending. It is never invented.
